These terms apply when you use hanvitt.in or order a service from Hanvitt Consulting & Solutions.
Our services
- Insurance: Hanvitt provides insurance advisory as an IRDAI-registered entity. Policies are issued by insurers on their own terms; the insurer's policy wording prevails.
- Tax & compliance: delivered in association with qualified Chartered Accountants. The scope of each service is described on its page and in your quote.
- Investment advice: Hanvitt is not registered with SEBI and does not currently provide investment advice.
Quotes and prices
Prices are shown before GST; GST at the applicable rate is added at checkout. If you choose an "other" option, your CA may confirm a revised fee within the stated review range before starting work. Coupons apply only to the services they are linked to.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide complete and accurate information and documents, and to review and approve computations before filing where asked. Hanvitt is not responsible for errors caused by incomplete or incorrect information you provide, or for delays caused by documents not supplied on time.
Payments and invoices
Payments are processed by Razorpay. A tax invoice is issued when an order is fully paid; a receipt voucher is issued for any advance or part-payment.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Hanvitt's total liability for any service is limited to the fee paid for that service. We are not liable for interest, penalties or losses arising from information you did not provide, or from decisions of government authorities.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.
