Privacy Policy

Last updated October 2026

Hanvitt Consulting & Solutions ("Hanvitt", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through hanvitt.in, why we collect it and how we protect it, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

  • Contact details: name, email, mobile number, address, state and PIN code.
  • Tax details: PAN, GSTIN (for businesses), assessment year and the answers you give when requesting a quote.
  • Documents you upload for a service, such as Form 16, bank statements or registration documents.
  • Payment details: payment reference numbers and amounts. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Razorpay; we never see or store them.
  • Technical data: IP address and security signals used to prevent fraud and abuse (including Google reCAPTCHA).

Why we use it

  • To quote for, deliver and invoice the services you order.
  • To communicate with you about your order by email, phone or WhatsApp.
  • To meet legal and tax obligations, including GST invoicing and record keeping.
  • To protect our website and customers from fraud and misuse.

We use your data only for these purposes, on the basis of your consent and to perform our contract with you. We do not sell your data.

Who can see it

  • The Hanvitt team member and the Chartered Accountant assigned to your order.
  • Service providers who process data for us under contract: Netlify (website hosting), Razorpay (payments), Zoho (email and document storage, India data centre) and Google (sign-in and reCAPTCHA).
  • Government authorities, where filing or the law requires it (for example, the Income Tax Department or GST portal as part of your service).

How we protect it

Your PAN is encrypted at rest and masked in our systems. Documents are stored privately and are never shared through public links. Access is limited by role, protected by two-factor login and recorded in an audit log. All traffic uses HTTPS.

How long we keep it

We keep order and invoice records for as long as tax law requires (generally eight years). Uploaded documents are kept for the duration of the service and a reasonable period afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them earlier and the law allows it.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to exercise your rights. Write to support@hanvitt.in. We will respond within the time required by law.
